Treatment/Education - To provide a forum for research and learning that will increase and improve the treatments available to the individual horse owner and their horses.

Certification - To establish a standard that will be recognized by the public in the form of Certified Horse Tuners. Offering a certificate that provides evidence that the practitioner has completed a defined educational requirement, proven competency in the field, and commitment in the quality of service they provide.
